Die erste Berührung mit dem japanischen Bogenschießen „Kyudo“ war in der High School Zeit (1986-1988) in Japan. Jedoch war es nur ein Teil von ganzen (wettkampforienteirte Sportbogen). Seit 1998 erlerne und praktiziere ich das Kyudo in Deutschland. In 2004 habe ich angefangen über meine Website über mein Gedanken des Kyudos zu veröffentlichen. siehe alte Webseite hier

In 2013 habe ich einen Kyudoverein in Waldniel  gegründet und 3 Jahre später ein selbstgebaute Kyudojo im eigenen Grundstück eingeweiht.
 
Glücklicherweise konnte ich hier in Deutschland verschiedene traditionelle Stile und Gruppen Kennenlernen und von dort neue Inspirationen und Impulse holen. Mit der Zeit habe ich aber feststellen müssen, dass meine individuelle Erfahrungen oder Gedanken nicht so einfach eins zu eins vermittelt werden können, da jeder Mensch absolute Unikate Eigenschaften besitzt. (unterschiedliche Charakter, Körperbau, Erfahrung, Wissenstand, verwendete Kyudo-Geräte) Man braucht seine Zeit, diese in der anderen Art und Weise verstehen und erfahren zu können.
 
Aus diesem Grund habe ich nun hier einen Plattform geschaffen, wo der Leser einige Impulse oder Hinweise oder Anregungen bekommen könnte.
